Incredibly Yummy Homemade Dinner Rolls

The other night, we had pork chops for dinner. I was wanting some bread with it but wasn't wanting to make a trip to the store and I only had about one and a half hours until dinner. Most of my other dinner roll recipes I need at least 3 hours for the kneading and rising and baking. These rolls take about two hours total and taste delicious! Hubby says they taste like the rolls that are served at Ryan's.
You'll need:
1 cup water
2 Tbsp softened butter
1 egg
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 packet yeast

Add all ingredients to bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Use your dough cycle.
When it's finished, pull apart into balls, about the size of a small apple. Place on greased cookie sheet roughly 2″ apart. Brush with butter. Cover and let rise for about 30-40 minutes or until almost doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Brush with butter again. Serve with lots of butter.
