I haven't been getting to the store much lately because at the moment, we're down to one car. (More on that later). Luckily, we have a huge stockpile to fall back on. We didn't really need anything this week except milk and produce. A friend of mine was heading "into town" and asked if I would like to ride along. We went to the farmer's market and got apples and to the farm to get farm fresh raw milk! Hubby's birthday is today so I'm fixing his favorite meal (Enchiladas) for him.
