Meal Plan Monday 10/3

It seems to be a pattern that we skip two of the meals on the meal plan. Last week, we didn't have chicken corn chowder or chimichangas. Hubbys birthday was Friday, so Saturday night I had a little dinner party for him. We had enchiladas. Friday was crazy busy so we just warmed up leftover cheeseburger soup on the way out the door for football.

This week is supposed to be cold. I'm talking a high of 50 through Thursday. I'm thinking lots of homemade bread and warm meals. We're still eating from the freezers and pantry; and we just picked up our cow! I'll post more on what we got later this week.

Pizza

Cheeseburgers

Steak
Some kind of spinach/pasta bake
Leftovers

What are you eating this week? I'd love to come check out your menu!
