So here's another recipe A gobbled up. He actually ate everything on his plate tonight! I was so excited! (I served this with [boxed] mac and cheese and corn.)
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup minced [real] onion (or 2 TBSP dried)
1/4 cup minced [real] green pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce (you could also use soy sauce!)
Brown beef, onion and pepper together. Drain fat. Return to skillet and add remaining ingredients. Let mixture simmer about 10 minutes. I served this in mini sliders using this roll recipe - made with pureed pumpkin this time.
