Meal Plan 2/27

Last week, I had a lot of trouble figuring out what to cook. I had no motivation and the boys were no help at all. We ended up having enchiladas, mini taco bowls and pork chops. Friday we had pizza at a community event and Saturday was date night for hubby and I. We had pizza then too. :)

This week, I had a lot of help from hubby in the meal planning. I made him He sat down and wrote a list of meals he would like to have over the next few weeks. I took a few and added in a few of my own and bam - there's the meal plan for the week.


Quesadillas
Steak, salad and broccoli casserole
Pizza
Roast Chicken (slow cooker - didn't get to last week)
Steak Stir fry
E's Cheeseburgers
Leftovers
